Great Grandpa's Cabin

Last weekend, John's grandpa invited us up to his cabin in the mountains. John & I had been there many times, but it was Kate's first! It's such a beautiful area full of trees, amazing views and complete peace and quiet. We relaxed at the cabin some, and then drove around to see the leaves changing and even stopped for a skipping stones lesson...

We hardly have any trees in the city, so driving hours just to see the changing leaves is a pretty common activity around here. Makes me miss the beautiful Fall in Indiana!

Fun With Friends

John & I have great friends with great kiddos... and thankfully, that means Kate already has some sweet little friends of her own!
